Terms of use

Written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated 13 October 2026.

Our promise on billing
  • Cancel any time, no questions asked. One click from your Account page or the link in any receipt. No calls, no forms, no "are you sure" maze.
  • We don't want your money for a membership you're not using. Unlike a gym, we'll remind you before you're charged, and if there's been no training for two months, we'll email whoever pays with a one-click cancel link, and again each month it stays quiet.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • We don't refund past periods retrospectively, except where the law says we must (below) or where we choose to.

1. Who we are

GCSE Gym (gcsegym.com) is an online revision service for GCSE and IGCSE students. Questions are original, written in the style of the exam boards. We aren't connected to AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas, CCEA or Cambridge. Contact us at hello@gcsegym.com.

4. Cancelling and refunds

5. Using GCSE Gym fairly

6. About AI marking

Answers are marked by AI against the mark scheme. It's good, but it isn't an examiner, and grades and marks are guidance, not predictions of your real result. If a mark looks wrong, use "Challenge this mark" and a person will check it.

7. Looking after you

If something you write suggests you might be at risk, the app will point you to support (such as Childline, 0800 1111), and a member of our team may review it. See how we use your data and how we handle marketing.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep GCSE Gym accurate and available, but we can't promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

9. Changes and the law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
