Cookies
Last updated 13 October 2026.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. GCSE Gym uses only the two below. Both are strictly necessary: the site can't work properly without them, so the law doesn't require us to ask first, and there's no cookie banner.
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| gg_session | Keeps you logged in. Without it, you'd have to log in on every page. | 30 days, or until you log out |
| gg_lead | Remembers your place between the two sign-up steps, so you don't have to start again. | 30 days, removed when you finish signing up |
What we don't use
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixels).
- No device IDs or fingerprinting.
- We count active minutes in the app on our own server for signed-in students. That doesn't use any extra cookie.
If we ever want to add a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask you first and you'll be free to say no. You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; you'll just need to log in again. More in how we use your data.
